An Open-Source Book
The Braided Man is an open-source project. The manuscript is shared freely because the questions it asks belong to everyone — not just to the author.
This is a living document. It will continue to evolve as new research emerges, as conversations deepen, and as the braid reveals more of itself. Every revision is published transparently. The full history is available below for anyone to trace the evolution of the ideas.
The scarcity is not in access — it is in timing. Those who hold the earliest versions hold something irreplaceable: the first drafts, the raw questions, the seed before the tree. Rev 1 will never be written again.
This manuscript is shared for personal reading and inquiry. It is not a medical textbook, diagnostic guide, or claim of settled science. Please see the Author's Note for full context.
Revision History
Every version of this manuscript is documented here. Transparency is not a feature — it is the governing ethic. Better maps before bigger claims.
Full manuscript with all 15 chapters, Prologue, and Epilogue. Includes the Declaration of Scientific Humility, the IALM Charter, and the Helix in Motion practice guide. Refined language throughout.
Expanded chapters on tensegrity and the lymphatic system. Added the Declaration of Scientific Humility. Restructured the three-map framework.
First complete draft. The original wound-to-inquiry arc. Raw, personal, unpolished. The rarest version — the seed from which the braid grew.
The wound was mine. The question belongs to all of us. So does the manuscript.
